Everything was right about today. Sun; zoo with baby gorilla, baby hippo, giraffes, penguins and so much more; lying in the sun at Phoenix Park and just feeling so content and happy that it was impossible to wipe the smile off my face.

3 things I’m grateful for today: 1) overcoming an annoyance with data and getting it to work the way it’s supposed to. 2) madeleine cakes for desert. 3) last night’s news not having any impact on my mood today. Conclusion: Some days are frustrating in parts but it can all change in a matter of minutes :)

Beautiful weather, brunch, then got a foot massage, a shoulder massage and my teeth whitened and then walked along the canal with a friend catching up on things. So many good things in one single day :)

Today I completed the personal development module of my course and it has been a fantastic first part of a journey towards happiness which I am now on thanks to 18 other wonderful people. Looking forward to the next part. Also, today I’m grateful for my dad and I miss him a lot.

The night sky was beautiful when I was walking home. Half the what I saw was super clear, with the moon and the stars shining very brightly, the other half of the sky was covered in what looked like a single massive cloud. Unfortunately, I couldn’t capture it in a picture, but it was a great sight.
